1. What should I expect during my first visit?
We'll start with a skin consultation to understand your skin type, concerns, and goals.
2. How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean skin (no makeup if possible) and avoid using any exfoliating products, retinoids, or active treatments 48 hours before your service to avoid skin sensitivity. Drink plenty of water and use a gentle moisturizer in the days leading up to your facial to maximize the benefits.
3. How often should I get a facial?
For best results, we typically recommend a facial every 4–6 weeks, depending on your skin’s needs and goals.
4. Can I wear makeup after my facial?
Give your skin time to fully absorb the skincare products used in your facial. It's best to let your skin breathe for at least 24 hours after your treatment for optimal results.
5. Do you offer treatments for sensitive skin?
Absolutely! We specialize in customizing treatments for all skin types, including sensitive, rosacea, and reactive skin.
6. What products do you use during treatments?
We use a curated selection of medical-grade and Korean skincare products designed for your unique skin concerns.
8. Is there any downtime after treatments?
All of our facial treatments are non-invasive with little to no downtime. We’ll give you specific aftercare instructions based on the service you receive.
10. Do you sell the skincare products you use?
Yes! Glymed Plus is available for purchase in our boutique.
